Custom T-hrift welcomes donations of items you no longer want or need. By donating these pre-owned items, we can then sell them at a discounted, affordable rate for those who couldn’t afford them otherwise. We ask our donors to refrain from donating teared garments.

Product Refund Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at Custom T-hrift operated by Dial 1 Enterprises
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product be in the same condition in which you received it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect and process the refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Merchandise put on layaway will be held for 30 days with a minimum deposit of $5 or 20%, whichever is greater. If you do not complete your layaway on time, or cancel at any time, all items will be returned to stock and any money paid will be put towards store credit.
